How we support teams in Spain

BlueNova IT supports businesses in Spain remotely. Spanish is one of our two support languages, so colleagues in Spain can describe a problem in Spanish or in English, whichever is quicker for them. That helps when one team mixes languages, or when an IT contact in another country needs to join the conversation.

Typical requests from small and midsize businesses include setting up laptops and user accounts, managing Microsoft 365, keeping shared printers and Wi-Fi working, and putting sensible backups in place. Many have a few sites or staff working from home and no full-time IT person; others have an IT lead who would like a second pair of hands. What is in scope depends on your organisation and is agreed with you first.

How remote support works

Most requests can be handled remotely. We talk the issue through with the person affected, look at the device, account or service involved with your permission, and agree what to change. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST. We do not assume response times or availability.

On-site assistance

On-site work in Spain is not part of every arrangement. It is confirmed per project: tell us what is needed and where, and we will say whether and how it can be arranged.

Useful starting points are managed IT services, cloud and Microsoft 365, and our guide to bilingual (English/Spanish) IT support for distributed teams.

FAQ

Questions about IT support in Spain

Is support delivered from Spain?
No. Support is delivered remotely and works for teams in Spain without a local presence on our side. You can describe a request in Spanish or in English, and any visit to your premises is only considered per project, once we understand the work and the location.
Which languages and hours does support cover?
Support is in English and Spanish, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST, delivered remotely. Those are the only two support languages, so a request in another language may need to be written in English or Spanish before we can pick it up. Scope and any extra arrangements are agreed with your organisation first.
Can you visit our premises in Spain?
On-site work in Spain is not part of every arrangement and is confirmed per project. Describe what you need and where through the contact form, and we will tell you whether and how it can be arranged. Remote support covers many routine requests, so a visit is not always needed.
