How we support teams in Italy

BlueNova IT supports businesses in Italy remotely. Support is in English and Spanish, and it does not extend to Italian-language support. The arrangement is a fit for organisations whose IT contact is happy to work in English, such as a head office function, an operations lead or a manager who coordinates several locations.

For a small or midsize business without a full-time IT department, the practical questions are usually simple ones: who looks after user accounts and devices, where the backups are, how new starters get set up, and who to ask when email or the network stops working. A remote help desk can take on much of that routine work, and a short review of the current setup is a sensible place to begin. Scope is agreed per organisation.

How remote support works

A request starts with a description of the problem. We check the device, account or service concerned with your permission, explain what we found in plain language and agree the fix. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST. We do not assume response times or availability.

On-site assistance

We do not assume a visit to your premises in Italy. If one is needed, it is confirmed per project once we understand the work and the location.

FAQ

Questions about IT support in Italy

Do you offer Italian-language support?
No. Support is in English and Spanish, and listing Italy here does not imply Italian-language support. If your colleagues need to raise IT requests in Italian, this arrangement is probably not the right fit, although an English-speaking IT contact or manager on your side can work well with us.
What days and hours does support cover?
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST, delivered remotely in English and Spanish. We do not assume availability beyond those hours. If you want to know how a particular request would be handled, describe it through the contact form and we will explain how we would approach it.
What should a first request include?
A short description of your team and locations, the systems you use and what is not working or what you would like help with. Details can follow after the first reply, so there is no need to prepare a long brief. Mention whether anyone on your side already looks after IT, because that shapes how the work is shared.
