Data and use

The form requests name, business email, company, country, topic and message; it also sends the selected language and page path. We use these details to respond and manage the enquiry. Technical data such as IP address and request details may be processed to operate and protect the site and prevent abuse.

Recipients and legal bases

Enquiries are routed to our Odoo CRM. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and connection signals to assess automated submissions; it does not receive form text. We process data needed to respond to your request for pre-contractual steps and security data where necessary for legitimate interests, taking account of your rights.

Retention and rights

We retain enquiry data as needed to handle it and related records, and technical security data as needed for security. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object where applicable, and complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local authority.
