Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read this website and contact us. This statement says what we aim for, what we know does not work well yet, and how to tell us.
Our aim
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had the site audited by an external body, and we do not claim conformance.
How we checked
In October 2026 we checked the site ourselves with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) at phone, tablet and desktop sizes, and with keyboard-only navigation. The site has a skip link, one main heading per page, labelled form fields, a visible focus indicator and support for reduced motion. We have not yet tested it with screen readers or on iOS devices.
Known limitations
- Diagrams. Guides include diagrams that are images, so the text inside them is not available to assistive technology and can be small on a phone. Each diagram has a caption and a text version of its steps.
- Security check on the contact form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party widget whose accessibility we do not control. We have not verified how it behaves with a keyboard or a screen reader.
- Maintenance message. While the site is being updated, a short plain-text message in English may appear instead of the page. It is not translated and has no page structure.
- Decorative animation. The home page has slow decorative animations. They stop when your device is set to reduce motion; there is no pause button.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something you cannot use or read, tell us through the contact form. Start the subject line or the first line of your message with “Accessibility”, give the page address, and describe the problem and the assistive technology you use, if any. We read the reports we receive and use them to improve the site. We do not publish response times. If the contact form itself is the barrier, use the contact details in the privacy notice and mention accessibility.
