How we support UK teams
BlueNova IT supports businesses in the United Kingdom remotely. Support is in English, so UK teams can raise requests in their own language, and Spanish is available too for colleagues or suppliers elsewhere in Europe. This tends to suit organisations that have a UK site alongside others across Europe and want one place to raise IT requests.
Typical needs for small and midsize businesses include handling joiners and leavers, multi-factor authentication and account clean-ups, Microsoft 365 and cloud administration, and help for staff who split the week between an office and home. Some organisations have no full-time IT person, while others have an IT lead who would like extra capacity. What is in scope depends on your organisation and is agreed first.
How remote support works
Requests are handled remotely: we discuss the problem with the person affected, review the device, account or service involved with your permission, and agree the next step. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST. We do not assume response times or availability.
On-site assistance
Visits to UK sites are not assumed. On-site assistance is confirmed per project, so tell us where you are and what you need, and we will say what is possible.
