How we support teams in Germany
BlueNova IT supports businesses in Germany remotely. Support is in English and Spanish. It does not imply support in German: this arrangement works best where the people who raise IT requests are comfortable describing them in English, for example a management team, an IT contact or a group function that already works in English.
Requests from small and midsize businesses are typically about network and infrastructure upkeep, Microsoft 365 administration, device and account management, and keeping documentation of the IT environment up to date. Some organisations have an in-house IT person or team and want help alongside it rather than instead of it. We offer co-managed IT regularly, with the scope agreed per organisation.
How remote support works
We handle requests remotely: you describe the issue, we review the systems involved with your permission, and we agree who does what. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST. We do not assume response times or availability.
On-site assistance
Work at your premises in Germany is only confirmed per project. If you expect it to be part of the job, say so in your first message so it can be considered from the start.
