How we support Dutch teams
BlueNova IT supports businesses in the Netherlands remotely. Support is in English and Spanish; it does not include Dutch-language support. That works best for organisations whose teams already use English day to day, such as companies with international staff, mixed-language teams or a parent organisation elsewhere in Europe.
Common themes for small and midsize businesses are keeping Microsoft 365 and cloud services tidy, managing laptops and phones, agreeing sensible security settings, and making sure joiners and leavers do not leave gaps in access. If your own IT person is stretched, remote support can take routine tickets so that they can focus on projects. The right scope depends on your organisation and is agreed before work begins.
How remote support works
Support is remote-first. You tell us what is happening, we look at the relevant account, device or service with your permission, and we agree the change with you before making it. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST. We do not assume response times or availability.
On-site assistance
Being on your premises in the Netherlands is not the default. On-site assistance is confirmed per project, after we have understood the task and the location.
